Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order requirement to maintain your trade account. However, a small opening order may be required for initial account approval to verify intent.
What are your payment terms?
Trade accounts are set up on prepayment via credit card, bank transfer, or BPAY. Net-30 terms are available to established accounts with a proven order history.
Do you offer territory exclusivity?
We don't offer geographic exclusivity at this stage. However, we actively support practitioners and do not undercut wholesale accounts with aggressive direct-to-consumer discounting.
