Shipping and delivery policy

Delivery area

We currently deliver through our online checkout to addresses within Australia. If checkout does not accept a destination, we are not offering delivery to that destination through the online store at that time.

Shipping charges

  • Free standard shipping for eligible orders over $150 AUD.
  • Australia Post Standard: $9.99 AUD for eligible orders under $150 AUD.
  • Australia Post Express: $14.99 AUD for eligible orders.

The shipping charge shown at checkout applies to your order. Litewater 10 ppm Deuterium Depleted Water 2 L is excluded from the free-shipping offer and attracts a shipping charge of $15 AUD plus $5 AUD for each additional bottle. Other genuine bulky-item or location-based charges will be disclosed before you complete checkout.

Dispatch

For in-stock goods, we aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 pm on a Victorian business day on the same business day. Orders placed after that time are generally dispatched on the next business day. This is a dispatch target rather than a guarantee and may not apply to pre-orders, made-to-order items, unusually large orders, public holidays, promotional peaks or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a product is advertised as a pre-order or has a stated dispatch window, that information applies instead. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order until all items are ready or send separate parcels.

Estimated delivery times

  • Australia Post Standard: approximately 3โ€“10 business days after dispatch.
  • Australia Post Express: approximately 1โ€“4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates supplied for guidance and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date in writing. Remote locations, carrier disruption, weather, emergencies and peak periods may cause delays. Express Post is a faster service but is not necessarily a guaranteed next-business-day service for every postcode.

Delays and inability to supply

We will not knowingly accept payment for goods that we do not intend, or know we will be unable, to supply within the promised or a reasonable time. If we become aware of a material delay or cannot supply an item, we will provide an update and a reasonable solution, which may include a revised timeframe, replacement, partial shipment or refund, depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Addresses, tracking and delivery issues

You are responsible for checking that the name and delivery address supplied at checkout are complete and accurate. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after dispatch. If an item is returned or redelivered solely because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you, we may charge reasonable additional delivery costs after notifying you.

Tracking is provided where available. If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if a parcel is materially delayed, lost or damaged, contact us promptly at info@lightandwellnessco.com.au. We will investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required by law. We will not require you to resolve a valid consumer claim solely with the carrier.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
